Napoli and Roma are both reportedly preparing moves for Arsenal defender Sead Kolasinac next month.
Sky Sports UK reports Kolasinac could be heading to Serie A this winter, with Napoli and Roma both in need of new left-backs.
The Partenopei have also been linked with Milan’s Ricardo Rodriguez, while Aleksandar Kolarov turned 34 last month.
The broadcaster writes how the Giallorossi have identified the Bosnian as Kolarov’s long-term replacement.
However, Napoli’s interest could force them to bring forward their plans for a transfer.
Mikel Arteta replaced Unai Emery in the hotseat at Emirates Stadium this month, and it remains to be seen if Kolasinac features in his plans for the Gunners.
The 26-year-old has played 65 times in the Premier League since his move from Schalke in July 2017.
