It is no secret that the Chile international wants a return to Serie A and reunion with his former Juventus coach Antonio Conte.

Initial offers were rejected, so the Nerazzurri hope Vidal can try to push Barcelona into lowering the price-tag.

With that in mind, Spanish paper ABC claims Vidal has lodged a formal complaint with the Spanish Players’ Association, claiming he has not yet been paid €2.4m in bonuses.

The club, on the other hand, argues the clauses in the contract are being purposefully misinterpreted by his lawyers, based on the number of competitive appearances he made during the 2018-19 season.

There were also some reports that Juventus were eager to bring Vidal back, but Inter are openly courting the 32-year-old.
