Former Juventus and Italy winger Mauro Camoranesi is set to take charge of Slovenian side Tabor Sezana.
Speculation is rife that Camoranesi has signed a contract until 2021 and will formally commence his duties next week.
The 43-year-old’s last foray into management was in 2017, when he coached Mexican club Cafetaleros de Chiapas.
Since then, the World Cup winner has been commentating on Serie A games for DAZN.
Camoranesi was born in Argentina but spent all of the 2000s in Italy, first with Verona (2000-02) and later Juve (2002-10).
He won 55 caps for the Azzurri, scoring four goals.
Tabor Sezana, for their part, were promoted to the Slovene top flight last season and are only one point and one place above the relegation zone.
