Zlatan scores in first Milan game

Milan’s new signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic was already used from the start in a friendly and got himself on the scoresheet, playing in a 4-3-3 with Suso and Hakan Calhanoglu.

The Swede is playing from the start in club friendly against local side Rhodense in a test game behind closed doors.

The purpose of the match is to get the former Sweden international into the rhythm of playing football after weeks of inactivity following the end of the MLS season in October.

It's reported that Ibrahimovic is playing up front on his own in the game, in a 4-3-3 with Suso and Calhanoglu either side.

This could have futher consequences for Krzysztof Piatek, who has been linked with a move away from San Siro, while Rafael Leao is also snubbed.

The Rossoneri currently lead 5-0 at half time, with Ibra on the scoresheet following an assist from Davide Calabria.

Calabria was the star of the first half, scoring a hat-trick, while Lucas Paqueta completed the rout.

Ibra officially signed a six-month contract with the Rossoneri yesterday, with the option to extend for another season.

The Swede will take the No 21 jersey, after wearing No 11 during his first stint with Milan at the beginning of last decade.
