Napoli have presented a new offer to Celta Vigo for Slovakian midfielder Stanislav Lobotka, although there are differing reports on the formula.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo' Schira, the Partenopei have raised their offer for 25-year-old after initially baulking at the Spanish side’s price tag.

The Galician outfit had demanded €25m for Lobotka, whereas Napoli had originally offered €15m + €2m in bonuses.

Schira now believes that the Italian club have prepared a new offer, a €3m loan with obligation to buy for €17m in June, taking the total to €20m.

Celta Vigo, according to Schira, have lowered their asking price to €22m, but states that the midfielder is pushing for the sale to go through.

Sky Sport Italia transfer guru Gianluca Di Marzio claims the latest proposal is €18m plus bonuses, whereas Celta Vigo want €21-22m.

With just €2m now separating both parties, a deal could happen in a number of days.

Lobotka has made 17 appearances for Celta Vigo this season.
