New Sassuolo Coach Beppe Iachini warns “I have no magic wand” after he replaced Cristian Bucchi.
It was confirmed yesterday that the Neroverdi had opted to make a change on the bench, with the former Palermo and Udinese Coach taking over.
“First of all I want to salute Cristian Bucchi,” Iachini said at his Press conference today.
“In our line of work these things happen, he has my gratitude for the things he did and my affection too.

“I think Dr [Giampiero] Squinzi and sporting director [Giovanni] Carnevali for choosing me. I think there’s chance to do well, but I have no magic wand.
“All I can guarantee is work, professionalism and with the belief of these lads results will arrive.
“Here there is the right mix of experienced and young players, smart lads, now we just have to get in to it and get to know each other quickly.”
Domenico Berardi is seen as Sassuolo’s star man, but he hasn’t been at his best this season.
“There’s a key for every player, it’s up to me to find it for each of these lads, that’s my job. I hope to make sure everyone can go back to their best and I don’t see why he can’t do it in the future.
“We know his quality, he just has to rediscover his sheen, he’s had physical problems too so we obviously need to get him back to his best condition.”
