Milan are still waiting for a reply from the French defender and Corriere dello Sport reports that Todibo has asked for his current employer to include an option to bring him back to the Camp Nou in the future.

The Rossoneri director Frederic Massara travelled to Barcelona to speak directly to the player, but the former Toulouse player has asked for a few days to think about his next move.

The previous reports have claimed Milan are closing in on an initial loan deal with an option to buy the player for €20m this summer.

A buy-back clause has not been discussed between the two clubs and the report claims that both Bayer Leverkusen from the Bundesliga and Monaco from Ligue 1 are following the situation closely.
