Lecce have reportedly come to an agreement with Cagliari for Alessandro Deiola, but Brescia could also try to snap up the midfielder.
The 24-year-old has only appeared once for the Rossoblu this season and the Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Lecce are successful in their approach to Cagliari.
The report from Nicolò Schira states that the Giallorossi have negotiated a loan deal until the summer with an option to buy the player this summer.
The deal reportedly includes a buy-back option in favour of Cagliari, if they should be interested in bringing their academy product back to Sardinia in the future.
But Lecce are yet to agree on the personal terms with Deiola and Schira writes that Brescia could also make an effort to snap him up.
Deiola has previous spells at Parma and Spezia and has played 57 games for Cagliari, scoring three goals in the process.
