Man Utd boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was trying to block a move as Antonio Conte has reportedly targeted the former Aston Villa winger this winter. Sky Sport Italia claims the Inter coach had tried to sign the player whilst at Chelsea in the Premier League.

Young’s contract with United expires at the end of the current season and the report from the broadcaster claims that the former England international has told Solskjaer he doesn’t want to play for the Reds.

Inter should only be waiting for a green light to enter negotiations with the club about a compensation to let the player leave six months prior to the conclusion of his current deal.
