According to Sky Sport Italia and Calciomercato.it, the two clubs have finally come to an agreement on the transfer fee of €20m plus up to €4m in various performance-related bonuses.

These will depend on Champions League qualification and other team as well as individual targets.

However, a medical is still not imminent because they are now disagreeing on the payment method.
