Jasmin Kurtic sent a message to Parma fans, as he arrived for the medical to complete his €3.5m transfer from SPAL.
The midfielder turns 31 tomorrow and spoke to Sky Sport Italia as he entered the building for tests.
“Parma fans, I’ll see you on Monday!” he said, referring to the Serie A match against Lecce at the Stadio Tardini.
It’s reported the deal was struck for €3.5m plus another potential €500,000 in add-ons.
The Slovenia international spent almost his entire career in Italy, arriving for Palermo in January 2011.
Kurtic went on to play for Varese, Sassuolo, Torino, Fiorentina, Atalanta and since January 2018 SPAL.
So far this season, he has scored two goals in 16 Serie A appearances for SPAL, who are bottom of the table.
