Blaise Matuidi acknowledged “it will be difficult, but Juventus only play to win” against Roma at the Stadio Olimpico.

“This is going to be a very difficult game, because Roma are a great team who play very attacking football, a bit like us,” the midfielder told Sky Sport Italia.
“They are playing at home and will be pushed on by the support of the crowd. We must be ready to put in a strong performance and win, because when Juve play, we only play to win.”
Rodrigo Bentancur is still suspended after his red card in the Supercoppa Italiana against Lazio, so Adrien Rabiot is expected to partner Matuidi.
“We’re all still getting to know each other and can do far more in future, but we are on the right track.”
