Left-back Jordan Lukaku is also out through injury, and forward Joaquin Correa is also a doubt after picking up a knock in training during the week. The Argentine striker may come off the bench.
Simone Inzaghi is expected to retain Lazio’s usual 3-5-2 formation, with Luis Alberto given licence to roam and support the front two of Ciro Immobile and Felipe Caicedo.
