Verona are close to signing Bordeaux right-back Raoul Bellanova on loan with an option to buy, according to L’Equipe.
Bellanova only signed for the Ligue 1 outfit a year ago from Milan, but was immediately loaned back until the end of last season.
The 19-year-old returned to France last summer, but has struggled for playing time, making only one appearance in the league.
L’Equipe now states that Bellanova is set to leave the club, with Verona reportedly in pole position to sign the player, on an intial loan deal with an option to buy.
