Everton have reportedly entered the battle for Matias Vecino's signature, as Inter meet with the player’s agent to accommodate for incoming players.
Calciomercato.com has revealed that Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton have been in touch with the Nerazzurri regarding a move to Goodison Park this winter.
Vecino had allegedly been offered in an exchange deal with Tottenham, to make sure Christian Eriksen will arrive at San Siro in January.
The player’s agent Alessandro Lucci has met with Inter today, to discuss the Uruguayan’s future with the Nerazzurri.
The 28-year-old has played 14 matches in Serie A this term and scored a decisive goal in the 2-1 win against Hellas Verona in September last year.
Since his €24m move from Fiorentina in August 2017, the Uruguay international has gone on to play 88 times for Inter contributing 10 goals and six assists.
