Sky Sport Italia maintain Inter have raised their Christian Eriksen proposal to €13m plus €2m bonuses, with the player pressuring Tottenham Hotspur.

According to transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, the Denmark international is determined to join Inter, as shown by his agent having dinner with CEO Beppe Marotta in Milan last night.

His contract with Spurs is due to expire in June and he’d be able to make the move as a free agent at the end of the season, so it is not in Tottenham’s interests to keep demanding €20m.

It’s reported this evening that the original €10m proposal has been increased to €13m plus another €2m in add-ons.

The plan now would be for agent Martin Schoots to go back to London and ask Tottenham to help the move go through.

In exchange, Spurs might then urge Eriksen to take a pay cut in order to help the transfer.
