RB Leipzig are reportedly one step away from completing a deal for Dani Olmo from Dinamo Zagreb, as Milan refused to pay the extra commission.
According to Sportske Novosti, the Bundesliga club persuaded the Croatian side to part ways with the Spanish starlet after upping their initial offer to the required €35m.
Tuttomercatoweb has revealed that the deal seems imminent and Milan will lose out on their man after rejecting to pay a €7m commission and a €3m sign-on-fee on top of the €25m to Dinamo for the Spain international.
The 21-year-old left Barcelona in 2014 and his impressive form in Zagreb has earned him his first cap for Spain, where he also bagged a goal on his debut.
Milan were fighting for his signature, but the cost of the has made the Rossoneri step away from a potential deal.
TMW claims Olmo “is one step away” from becoming a Leipzig player.
