The Corriere dello Sport has claimed that lawyers and consultants of Friedkin Group are still in Rome to complete the handover.

Dan Friedkin himself is not there in person, as previously reported, but the Roma based newspaper has claimed they are in the middle of another long day to revise the 12 companies that make up the Giallorossi.

The outlet also writes that the President of the Friedkin Group Marc Watts was present this morning, along with Eric Williamson, who is the Vice President of Friedkin Business and Development Group.

Roma sporting director Gianluca Petrachi also arrived in the afternoon, with his deputy Antonio Cavallo.

According to the report, there are more than 15 advisors in the Italian capital, to help make the required arrangements.

The figure of a sale will allegedly cost Dan Friedkin close to €780m, including the €272m of debt and €130m of capital increase “already approved by the shareholders.”
