Serie A have announced the referees for Week 23 and Fabio Maresca has been handed the Derby della Madonnina between Inter and Milan on Sunday.
Maresca will oversee his first Milan derby and Inter will take confidence from having won all of their three first games with the 38-year-old at the whistle this term.
It will be Maresca’s seventh game in charge of an Inter game and he has overseen four wins and two Nerazzurri defeats.
Milan have won three of their seven matches with Maresca at the helm as both teams have been awarded two penalties each with the Neapolitan at the helm.
Elsewhere, Davide Massa has been given Verona-Juventus at the Bentegodi, with Antonio Guia officiating Parma-Lazio and Marco Guida will oversee Roma-Bologna.
