Former hero Dario Hubner believes Brescia can stay up this term and has claimed that it’s "easy" to play against Juventus. “You have nothing to lose”.
Brescia looked like they were going to pick up three points in Diego Lopez first game in charge, only for Udinese to equalise in stoppage time.
The game ended in a 1-1 draw and Hubner admits that they will have to reclaim the “lost points” in other games, as Brescia are currently six points behind Lecce at 17th.
“It’s really tough. They needed a win against Udinese, but it ended in a draw,” Hubner told La Gazzetta dello Sport. “It will be down to the more experienced players to gather the group.
“It can be done, but the points lost to Udinese must be recovered somewhere else. I know Lopez, he is a good coach. He has character, I really like him.”
The 52-year-old scored 74 goals in 143 Serie A games during his career, including spells at Perugia and Cesena, and has claimed Brescia could get something from the game against Juventus.
“To play against Juventus is easy, you have nothing to lose,” he added. “Juve can be beaten too. Just believe it and try, without fearing them.”
