But after a turbulent season under new coach Maurizio Sarri, the former Holland international has revealed that it has been “annoying” to see the Bianconeri win “every year”.

“I think it’s good that Juventus is not doing that well,” Gullid told GazzettaTV. “Because it’s getting a bit annoying every year. Nevertheless, they are still favourites but they’ve had a bit of a lapse.

“Inter are good, Lazio are doing well and Atalanta. It’s good for the Italian competition, because it’s annoying that the same team win every year. Therefore, it’s going to be interesting to see the four of them.”
