Tonight, Eriksen will get a golden opportunity in the Europa League to prove his new coach that he is ready to contribute at the San Siro going forward.

Chilean Alexis Sanchez should also take place in the line-up, next to Lautaro Martinez, as Romelu Lukaku gets a well-deserved breather.

Daniele Padelli will have to continue between the sticks for the Nerazzurri, as Samir Handanovic is not ready to put the gloves back on and Conte will have to count on the 34-year-old Italian to do the job in Bulgaria.

Victor Moses and Cristiano Biraghi will most likely get the nod at the wing-backs as Conte will probably adapt his formation to suit Eriksen and Borja Valero might fight Nicoló Barella for the spot in the midfield behind the former Tottenham star.

Inter’s usual 3-5-2 might look more like a 3-4-1-2 against Ludogorets’ 4-2-3-1, with a host of Brazilian talent in their troops.

Inter will have to look out for Claudiu Keseru, who has already bagged six goals in the teams 11 Europa League games this term (including the qualifying rounds) adding to his tally of 10 in 15 league matches for the home side.

Ludogorets (probable): Iliev; Cicinho, Moti, Terzier, Nedyalkov; Dyakov, Anicet; Jorginho, Marcelinho, Wanderson; Keseru

Inter (probable): Padelli; Godin, Ranocchia, D’Ambrosio; Moses, Vecino, Barella, Biraghi; Eriksen; Lautaro, Sanchez

Referee: Del Cerro Grande (Spain)
