Now the Holland international is looking forward to enter the San Paolo tomorrow to face a “great” Napoli in their famous home stadium.

“Napoli are a great team with quality players,” he told UEFA.com. “Even though they have performed below expectations in the League, they’ve done well in the Champions League.

“Just look at the matches they played against Liverpool.”

The Dutch starlet has stressed that the knockout stages are always “more tense” and hopes to give the fans an “exciting” game at the San Paolo.

“If you have an off day in the group stage, you have time to fix it,” he added. “In the knockout stages, there’s more tension, less difference in quality and it’s much more exciting for the spectators.”
