Inter could prepare a summer bid for Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini, according to a report.

Pellegrini has been with the Giallorossi for three seasons, having joined from Sassuolo in the summer of 2017.

The Italian midfielder has since established himself as one of Roma’s key players.

However, failure to qualify for the Champions League next season could see the club forced into selling a number of players in order to meet FFP rules.

The Italian midfielder has since established himself as one of Roma’s key players.

However, failure to qualify for the Champions League next season could see the club forced into selling a number of players in order to meet FFP rules.

FCInterNews. It speculate that Pellegrini could be one of those players, with Inter reportedly interested in the 23-year-old.

The website reports that a clause in Pellegrini’s allows the player to leave if an offer of €30m arrives, payable in two installments of €15m.

This could entice the Nerazzurri to make a move for Pellegrini, even if the website states that Inter’s chief midfield target for next season is Lazio’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Pellegrini had made 18 appearances in Serie A this season, scoring once, and providing nine assists.
