“I expect a very difficult clash against one of the best teams in Italy and Europe,” Vrba told the club website.

“We know the result in Bulgaria was not positive, but I think that if we score a goal here, the tie could get very interesting.

“It’s going to be a different match to the one in Razgrad, as firstly we are playing without fans, secondly as Inter already have an advantage.”

Anicet Abel is suspended and Jorginho has not made the journey to Milan due to injury, but the others are available.

Ludogorets were photographed arriving at the airport wearing not only facemasks, but also protective rubber gloves, even on the team bus on the way to the hotel.

“I am not a medic, nor a specialist in this area, but looking at the situation in Milan, I think the Italians are not taking this situation as seriously as they are in Bulgaria.”
