Inter are still without Samir Handanovic, Stefano Sensi and Roberto Gagliardini for the return leg in the last 32 of the Europa League against Ludogorets.
The match starts at 20:00 GMT.
After grabbing a 2-0 lead from the away leg in Bulgaria, Inter return to San Siro with a great advantage ahead of the second leg against Ludogorets.
The match will be played behind closed doors because of the coronavirus outbreak and as Antonio Conte prepares for the first of two consecutive matches without spectators, the advantage from the first leg gives him the chance to rotate his squad.
Victor Moses should be at the right and Cristiano Biraghi at the left in a 3-5-2, whilst Borja Valero will link up with Christian Eriksen and Nicolò Barella in the middle.
Eriksen scored the opener at the Ludogorets Arena in Razgrad last time, before Romelu Lukaku came off the bench to make it two in stoppage-time.
The Belgian forward is expected to start up front with Alexis Sanchez this Thursday, as Lautaro Martinez will get the required rest ahead of the Derby d’Italia on Sunday.
Diego Godin might be replaced by Alessandro Bastoni in the back three, playing ahead of Daniele Padelli, who has provided the back-up in Handanovic’s absence.
Ludogorets might come out in a 4-2-3-1 at the Giuseppe Meazza and have leading goalscorer Claudiu Keseru back in the starting line-up to replace Jakub Swierczok up front..
Inter (probable): Padelli; D’Ambrosio, Ranocchia, Bastoni; Moses, Barella, Borja Valero, Eriksen, Biraghi; Lukaku, Sanchez
Ludogorets (probable): Iliev; Cicinho, Grigore, Terziev, Nedyalkov; Dyakov, Badji; Cauly, Marcelinho, Wanderson; Keseru
