Romagna suffered a very serious injury during the game with Brescia on Monday and went under the knife for the complex operation in Brescia this morning.
This type of injury usually requires at least six months to fully recover from.
Meanwhile, Berardi has been diagnosed with a serious bruise to the left calf and lesion of the adductor muscle.
