Inter, Milan, Roma and Fiorentina are among the Serie A clubs keeping a close eye on Udinese and Argentina midfielder Rodrigo De Paul.

The 25-year-old had already been linked with a move last summer, especially after earning regular playing time for Argentina at the Copa America.

However, he extended his contract with Udinese in October, so it now runs to June 2024.

Milan, Roma and Fiorentina were the first clubs to show genuine interest, although Tuttosport claim that now Inter have joined in.

Udinese want €40m for De Paul, who can play as a trequartista, a second striker or in a variety of midfield roles.

He joined the Friulani from Valencia in 2016 for just €3m.

So far this season, De Paul has contributed five goals and three assists in 24 competitive games for Udinese.
