The newspaper has claimed that Milik is not completely happy with life at Napoli and could be looking for a new challenge.

His contract expires in June 2021 and the Partenopei will allegedly try to renew the current deal, to stop the forward going on a cheap, but the Gazzetta dello Sport reports that both Milan and Atletico Madrid are following the situation closely, ready to offer Milik an important role in their respective squads.

Milik arrived in Naples after an impressive stint at Ajax, where he scored 47 goals in 75 games for the Dutch giants. Since his move to the Partenopei in 2016, he has scored 46 times in 109 games for the Azzurri.
