'Silva could make Milan comeback'

Thiago Silva’s agent has left the door open to the Paris Saint-Germain defender returning to Milan. “Anything is possible, he has great admiration for them.”

Silva won a Scudetto with Milan in 2011 before leaving a year later to sign for PSG, in a big-money deal with Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

However, the 35-year-old will leave Parc des Princes this summer and the Rossoneri have been linked with bringing him back.

“In football anything is possible, but we have to wait to see what will happen because of the pandemic,” Paulo Tonietto told MilanNews.it.

“He has great admiration for Milan, his years with them were those that marked his career.

“He knows about the fans’ great affection for him.”

Although the Brazilian would arrive on a free transfer, given his expiring contract, wages appear to be an issue.
