Moise Kean could return to Serie A after a disappointing Everton spell and reunite with Nicolò Zaniolo at Roma, it’s reported.
Italy international Kean is frustrated at the lack of playing time with the Toffees, which hasn’t really improved even after Carlo Ancelotti took over.
Everton paid €27.5m plus bonuses to sign the striker from Juventus last summer, but he scored one goal with two assists in 26 competitive games.
The Premier League side don’t want to make a loss, so are asking for at least €28m in order to sell the 20-year-old.
That is a figure that Roma consider to be excessive, but they would be excited to reunite him with his Italy Under-21 international teammate Zaniolo.
The pair are very good friends, but were excluded from the Italy Under-21 squad at last year’s European Championships when they repeatedly turned up late to team meetings.
