According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the 25-year-old is hot property on the transfer market and expected to be at the centre of a bidding war.

Spurs are looking for an heir to Hugo Lloris and Jose Mourinho has reportedly been impressed by Gollini’s performances in both Serie A and the Champions League.

Aston Villa would represent a return, seeing as Atalanta signed him from the Premier League side in 2017 on loan, making it permanent for €3.8m at the end of that campaign.

Milan have also been linked with Gollini as a replacement for Gianluigi Donnarumma, as the Italy international’s contract is running down.
