Stefano Bonaccini, President of the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy, announced this morning that professional clubs in the area could restart work on Monday.

However, Parma have now made it clear that they are not prepared to move until the FIGC and Serie A is in agreement with the national government.

“We will be ready to reopen our training complex and for testing, but we will only recall our players once there is a health protocol backed by everyone,” they told ANSA.

Bologna, SPAL and Sassuolo are the other Serie A sides who can theoretically resume training next week.
