It is now official, the Bundesliga 2019-20 season will resume from May 16 with fixtures including Borussia Dortmund-Schalke, and is due to conclude on June 27.

The fixture list was released this afternoon, as the reports of May 15 were changed, seemingly because the pay-per-view television company that was due to transmit Friday matches refused to pay.

Instead, the first matches after the coronavirus pandemic will be on the afternoon of Saturday May 16, resuming from Week 26.

Those games will be played on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday, moving on to Week 27 fixtures from May 22 to 24.

The Bundesliga season is due to conclude on Saturday June 27 with all 34 rounds completed.
