UEFA has announced that its next Executive Committee meeting has been postponed to June 17.

It was supposed to meet again next Wednesday, but UEFA confirmed this afternoon the summit had been pushed back until June 17.

That is due to, as per European football’s governing body, ‘the existence of some remaining open points regarding a small number of proposed venues for the rearranged Euro 2020 next year’.

The meeting is also expected to shed some light on when UEFA club competitions, namely the Champions League and Europa League, will resume.
