Inter are reportedly set to extend with defender Danilo D’Ambrosio and tie him down on a new deal until June 2022.

Journalist Nicoló Schira reports that the Nerazzurri are close to renewing the 31-year-old’s contract at San Siro and expects it to happen in the next weeks.

The right-back’s current deal runs until June 2021 and the Italy international has been limited to 12 appearances in Serie A under Antonio Conte this term, missing nine games through two spells out with injury.
