No Milan players have tested positive for coronavirus after a first round of swabs.

Milan have yet to resume team training as they are still rolling out swab tests.

However, Sky Sport Italia reports the results of players tested yesterday have come back negative and that a second round of swabs will be performed tomorrow.

Providing there are no positive results, the Rossoneri can restart group work at Milanello after Friday.

Paolo Maldini and his son Daniel tested positive two months ago but have since made full recoveries.
