Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko is angling for a return to Milan, suggest Tuttosport, after his loan spell with Monaco ended.
He turns 26 in August and is still looking for some stability in his career, having managed two goal and two assists in his 23 competitive appearances for Monaco this season.
Bakayoko is under contract with Chelsea until June 2022, but is not part of their plans for the future either.
According to Tuttosport, he has sent out feelers for a potential return to San Siro for Milan.
He already played there on loan in 2018-19, but the Rossoneri would not pay the €25m to make the move permanent.
The player’s price-tag has dropped significantly since then, however, it’s noted he’d have to take a big salary cut in order to fit in with the current Milan parameters.
