Juventus midfielder Sami Khedira doesn’t want to move and is still ‘hungry’ to help the Old Lady ‘win many trophies’.
The German veteran enters the last year of his deal at the Allianz Stadium this summer and after having spent the last five seasons with the Bianconeri, reports linking the 33-year-old with a move has emerged in the Italian sports pages.
The former Real Madid midfielder has revealed he is looking forward to continuing in Turin and insists he is feeling ‘well’ ahead of the return to action.
“I have a contract until 2021, I’m feel good in Italy and at Juventus,” he said on Instagram. “I play for a very strong team and I’m hungry to win.
“Now, I’m well physically and I want to win many trophies here. I don’t see why I should change team or try a different challenge.”
Khedira has picked up four Scudetti and three Coppa Italia with the reigning champions and is gunning for a fifth League title, as Juventus sit one point above Lazio in Serie A before the resumption.
