Reports claim Juventus are rivalling Roma for the signature of Chelsea winger Pedro Rodriguez.

Pedro is out of contract on June 30 and there is still no indication as to whether Chelsea will extend his deal beyond that date, with the Premier League set to start up again two weeks before.

Roma had seemed to show the most interest from Italy, but Il Tempo and Calciomercato.com both state Juve have now entered the fray.

The 32-year-old worked under Bianconeri boss Maurizio Sarri at Stamford Bridge last season, scoring 13 goals in 52 appearances and winning the Europa League.

Sarri is said to remain a fan of the Spaniard, who in turn would be keen on a reunion with the coach.

The Old Lady have also been linked with his Blues teammates Jorginho, Willian and Emerson Palmieri.
