Juventus are reportedly offering Federico Bernardeschi in exchange for Chelsea and Italy midfielder Jorginho.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, a swap deal with Chelsea is likeliest as Maurizio Sarri would gladly resume his relationship with Jorginho in Turin.
As for Bernardeschi, he is described as being open to joining the Blues, making the exchange possible.
However, it remains to be seen whether the Premier League side would give up their No 5 for the 26-year-old.
Juve paid Fiorentina €40m for the versatile midfielder in the summer of 2017, but he has struggled to find an identity for the Bianconeri, failing to establish himself in a multitude of positions.
He has managed just one goal and one assist in 11 games’ worth of first-team action this season.
