Reports claim Milan Badelj will leave Fiorentina at the end of the season to possibly replace Inter loanee Joao Mario at Lokomotiv Moscow.
Badelj returned to Fiorentina on loan from Lazio last summer, with the Viola including an option to make the deal permanent.
However, Gianluca Di Marzio and Nicolo Schira both claim Badelj is on his way to Lokomotiv, although he will stay in Tuscany for the resumption of the 2019-20 campaign.
Schira goes into more detail, writing how the Russian side have offered Lazio €3.5m to buy the midfielder and prepared him a three-year contract.
The 31-year-old initially played for Fiorentina between 2014 and 2018, before moving to the Aquile on a Bosman free transfer.
He is expected to replace Joao Mario after Lokomotiv announced they would not be paying Inter the pre-agreed sum of €18m to keep him.
