Napoli have joined the race to sign Valencia winger Ferran Torres, but there’s competition from Juventus, Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid.
His contract is due to expire in June 2021 and he has no intention of signing an extension, making a sale almost inevitable for this summer.
According to Radio Valencia and Rai Sport, Napoli are the latest team to place themselves in the running for his signature.
Calciomercato.it maintain the contract situation means he could even be allowed to leave for as little as €20-30m.
Still only 20 years old, the right-sided attacking winger came up through the Valencia academy and has contributed six goals with seven assists in 35 competitive games this season.
Napoli would find a place for him in Gennaro Gattuso’s 4-3-3 formation, probably more playing time than at Juventus, but there’s also interest from Manchester United, Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid.
