Arthur Melo and Miralem Pjanic have completed their medicals for Juventus and Barcelona respectively, with announcements expected soon.
The players both had their tests at the J Medical centre in Turin, with Barca doctors flying over to help oversee Pjanic’s examination.
As for the Brazilian, he arrived via private jet last night and is expected to fly back to Spain this evening.
The deal sees Arthur move to Juventus in exchange for Pjanic plus €10m in cash, as the Brazilian is rated at €70m and the Bosnian €60m.
According to the latest reports from Calciomercato.it, Arthur is angry with Barcelona and had asked not to play for them again this season.
However, they seem to have convinced him that it’s not possible, so he will remain with the Blaugrana squad.
That’s not just in Serie A, but also in the Champions League against Napoli in August.
