Arthur Melo and Miralem Pjanic have reportedly already signed their contracts after undergoing medicals with Juventus and Barcelona respectively.
Barca midfielder Arthur flew in late last night via private jet and underwent his medical at the J Medical centre in Turin this morning.
Also in attendance at the same structure was Pjanic, as Barcelona doctors preferred to come out to Turin for the examinations, due to the coronavirus situation affecting travel.
According to multiple sources, including Sky Sport Italia, the medicals showed no concerns and both players signed the five-year contracts.
An announcement is therefore expected for Monday morning.
The clubs needed to get the deal done by June 30 to ensure it would show up on the 2019-20 balance sheet, even if the players will move only for the 2020-21 season, which won’t begin until September.
Arthur is valued at €70m, while Pjanic has a €60m tag, so Juventus will also be handing over €10m in cash to Barcelona.
