Henrikh Mkhitaryan has reportedly terminated his contract with Arsenal, allowing him to complete a permanent move to Roma.
Now, Corriere dello Sport claims agent Mino Raiola has managed to negotiate an early divorce from Arsenal for his client.
The attacking midfielder’s contract with the Gunners had one more year left to run, but it seems he has already played his last game for them.
The 31-year-old should therefore put pen to paper on a permanent deal with the Giallorossi soon.
Mkhitaryan has scored six goals and provided four assists in 19 matches for Roma since signing on loan from Arsenal last summer.
I was delighted with how I was welcomed here at @OfficialASRoma by everyone. It was so easy for me to become part of this group of fantastic guys. I feel very happy with my life in “giallorosso” and I’m fully focused on the upcoming challenges.— Henrikh Mkhitaryan (@HenrikhMkh) July 1, 2020
