Fabio Maresca will oversee his first Derby della Mole between Juventus-Torino, after AIA announced the referees for Saturday’s matches.
Maresca has overseen six Torino wins in nine games, whilst he has been in charge of six Juventus games in total, including one defeat against Hellas Verona in 2015-16.
This year, the 39-year-old will see the two Turin sides clash at the Allianz Stadium, whilst Davide Massa has been given Sassuolo-Lecce and Gianpaolo Calvarese is the match official when Lazio face Milan at the Olimpico.
Calvarese returns for another match between the Rossoneri and the Aquile, after having overseen Lazio’s 2-1 win in the reverse fixture in November last year.
Calvarese has given four penalties in his 13 Serie A games this term, handing out 70 yellow cards in the process.
The 44-year-old was in charge when Lazio lost to SPAL, one of only three defeats this season.
