Ciro Immobile and Felipe Caicedo are both suspended, so midfielders Luis Alberto and Joaquin Correa will form a makeshift front two in their absence

Elsewhere, Djavan Anderson could come in at right wingback as Manuel Lazzari is touch-and-go.

Milan, meanwhile, are without the injured Samu Castillejo, so it is a toss-up between Alexis Saelemaekers and Giacomo Bonaventura to replace him in the trident attack.

Ibrahimovic has recovered from a calf injury, but Ante Rebic is all-but-certain to continue leading the line, keeping the Swede on the substitutes’ bench.

Lazio (probable): Strakosha; Patric, Acerbi, Radu; Lazzari, Parolo, Cataldi, Milinkovic-Savic, Jony; Luis Alberto, Correa

Milan (probable): Donnarumma; Conti, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Kessie, Bennacer; Bonaventura, Paqueta, Calhanoglu; Rebic
