Antonio Conte defended his attacking credentials after a 6-0 thrashing of Brescia, but the 3-5-2 formation is shelved to make way for Eriksen in the trequartista role again.

Lukaku was also rested and returns alongside Lautaro Martinez, but Victor Moses and Stefano Sensi are injured, with Nicolò Barella fit only for the bench.

Surprisingly, Brozovic is not only back in the squad, but also goes straight into the starting XI after his muscular injury.

Milan Skriniar sits out the final round in his three-match ban, but Danilo D’Ambrosio is preferred to Diego Godin.

Bologna are forced to do without Andrea Poli, Ibrahima Mbaye, Federico Santander and Andreas Skov-Olsen.

Former Inter veteran Rodrigo Palacio is rested, so on-form Musa Barrow is moved to centre-forward with support from Riccardo Orsolini and Nicola Sansone.
