The Disciplinary Commission has announced that Napoli must cope without suspended Arkadiusz Milik against Parma on Wednesday.

The Partenopei forward replaced Dries Mertens in the 31st minute against Udinese on Sunday but was booked after only six minutes on the pitch.

The yellow card means he has received a one-match ban and Gennaro Gattuso must hope to have Mertens back against the Gialloblu.

Elsewhere the Giudice Sportivo handed out one-match suspensions to Torino midfielder Sasa Lukic for his fifth booking.
